Allstate Sugar Bowl Super 60 AAU basketball EVENT

    About Us

The Super 60 began in 2010 as a weekend AAU basketball tourney for the top 60 teams in the South. It has now emerged as the most competitive AAU Memorial Day weekend basketball event in the nation.  Starting with teams from 4 states, it quickly grew to 142 teams from 14 states in 2011 to 279 teams 2012 to 351 teams from 16 states in 2013 to 402 teams from 22 states in 2014.  2015 saw boys and girls play the same weekend and had 362 boys and 48 girls teams from 21 states - 4 of which were defending AAU National Champs. 2016 saw 403 teams from 17 states, 2017 saw 401 teams from 16 states, 2018 had 364 teams from 18 states and 2019 had 341 teams descend upon NOLA to compete with the big time programs from across the nation! Covid halted our 2020 event, had a limited boys only 4 division event for 2021 and returned to a 122 team event with clubs from 9 different states and Puerto Rico represented. 2022 & 2023 saw 100+ teams each year from 9 states.
